Ordering
By ordering you agree and are bound by the following terms:
-I have the rights to decline any commission at any time, and a cancellation from me will result on a full refund depending on the progress.
-Commission will not be confirmed until I agree to it and a sketch for approval has been sent.
-Your order will be continuously updated depending on the type and process.
-Orders are a first come first served basis.Ordering -- additional terms
-I am someone with debilitating anxiety and usually have trouble communicating. Please be patient.
-My Turnround Time takes about 2 weeks-1 month. I will communicate any delays.
-I will send proof of the processes whenever possible and strongly encourage clients to reach out after some time has passed since the last update.
-Do tell beforehand / in the form if there is a set deadline for me to the finish the artwork within the specified time span.Payment:
-Payments are accepted via PayPal.
-Payments can be 50% of the price when ordering, and the other half when finished.
-Once your order has been confirmed and the sketch is approved, payment must be sent within the next 48 hours, failure to do so will have their order cancelled.
-Refunds are not granted unless;

-You may use your commission for personal use. (ex. Profile icon)
-You may not use your commission as a form of profit nor for commercial purposes.
-You may repost the commission with proper credit to my socials (UnVale, Tumblr.)
-You are not allowed to alter the artwork in any way, such as removing the watermark.
-You are not allowed to claim the artwork as your own.
-You are not allowed to use my art to train AI.Alterations:
-Please specify your character's expression, pose, and if you would prefer me using the characters exact colors from their provided reference.
-A sketch for your approval will be sent to your email/social media and you are free to specify or request to change anything from the artwork before it is completed.
-Once the sketch has been approved, requests for alterations will be free for a maximum of three times, exceeding this limit will be charged with $2 per extra revision.
-Please ensure that your provided reference is clear. I will not be held responsible for any incorrect details that the reference did not show.VIOLATION OF ANY OF THESE TERMS WILL LEAD TO A BLACKLIST AND BLOCK OF ANY SERVICES FROM ME, AS WELL AS REVOKING ANY PERMISSION OF THE ARTWORK'S USE.
